We are using commercial grade backup software that allows us to backup nightly and save up 14 days of any files. If the document is changed every day we can go back and look at the last 14 copies of that file. The files are encrypted before they leave your computer and stay encrypted while they are in transit and while they are on our servers. The encryption key is known only to you so the files are not visible to anyone but your company employees. We have never had an attack on our servers and have never had a security breach.
